PetSafe Electronic Products Indoor Fence With Ultralight Receiver (IRF-300UV) Indoor Fence The Indoor Fence allows you to train your pets to stay out of areas where they are not allowed The Petsafe Indoor Fence provides protection for rooms where your dog is not allowed. Just place the small, disk-shaped transmitter (about the size of a Frisbee) near the area you want to protect. Then adjust the range from as little as 2 feet to up to 10 feet. When your dog gets near the signal a warning beep sounds on the receiver. If he continues to approach the protected area, a mild correction is given. Your dog will eventually learn the boundaries and not attempt to go near the restricted areas. If your dog is 5 pounds or over and trains easily, you may want the Indoor Radio Fence with Ultralight Receiver (IRF-300UV). The Petsafe Ultralight Receiver has only one level of correction and does not have the low battery indicator light.
Petsafe Indoor Radio Fence (Wireless)
The Petsafe Indoor Radio Fence® establishes boundaries or “electronic fences” inside your home. An *unlimited number of pets (cats or dogs) can use the system at one time. Signal range is adjustable and is safe, easy and most of all - effective. Ideal for keeping pets out of kitchen, baby's room, off rugs, furniture etc. Stops cats scratching up furniture - period. It can be used alone or as an add-on to any of the other Petsafe™ containment systems. Using the Petsafe PUL-250 Deluxe Ultralight Receiver Collar, the PIRF-300 Fits any dog of any temperament over 8lbs.
Keep your pets - Cat & Dogs out of a room or away from furniture, food and plants, safely & easily!
With pet containment systems, YOU design, lay out, and control the wire boundary. When your dog approaches a boundary, it receives a warning signal (beep). If it keeps going, and gets too close to the boundary, your dog receives a correction (static shock). Soon your dog will know the difference between “safe areas” and “out of bounds.”
The system comes with a transmitter, 12 inches in diameter. The transmitter has a signal range of 2 to 20 feet in diameter. The signal can work through walls, but the range may be reduced. When a pet wearing a receiver collar approaches the signal, the collar produces a warning beep, followed by a static correction if the animal doesn't back away.
